Taste of Tasmania

The Taste of Tasmania is a food-lover’s paradise. Held annually on Hobart’s waterfront on Princes Wharf No.1, Parliament House Lawns and Salamanca Lawns from the 28th December until the 3rd January, the Taste brings together providers of Tasmania’s beautiful food, wines, music and street performances.
